Questions on measurements for handmade shoes.

Q.If I order handmade shoes how do I know that they will fit as I have a wide (narrow) foot and I usually have to buy at least one size up(down) to get a comfortable fit?
A. When you come to our factory direct showroom we will assess you feet and measure them for length and width including toe shape. If required, we will prepare a special insole at the visit and we will call you in for a special fitting when the shoes are 90% finished for a final fitting on both feet. Your shoes will be ready to collect the next day!

Questions on two different size feet.

Q. I have one foot longer then the other which is a real pain when I buy shoes off the shelf at the shops. What can you do for me?
A. When you come to the factory we will assess your feet and measure them for length. We may even have to make you two different size shoes! We will call you in for a final fitting when the shoes are 90% complete and your shoes will be ready to collect the next day! Many of our customers have two different size feet.

Questions on customer satisfaction and handmade shoes

Q. I have never had handmade shoes before. What happens if I come to collect them and they don't fit or are not what I expected?
A. You will receive a final fitting just before completion date when the shoes are 90% complete. That is the time for you to tell us how they fit and to request changes to width etc before we finish them off. You would have selected your syle,heel shape and height, colour and maybe special trim so they should be exactly what you chose.If they are different we will remake them as per your order. If they are totally different to your order and you reject them for that reason we will refund your deposit.

Questions on styles heel and colour choices

Q. Do you have a wide selection of styles, heels and colours for me to select from?
A. Yes we sure do! We can offer you literally hundreds of styles and you can mix and match the front of one style with the back of another. We have a large selection of heels to fit all styles and you can even select your height and width of heel. Colours? Come to the factory direct outlet and see the 200+ colours that you can choose. Or ask us to send you a sample swatch? We do not copy shoe styles from other brands.

Questions on ready made shoes

Q 1m in a hurry and need shoes for a Ball (or wedding,or special occasion) so can I buy shoes off the shelf?

A. Of course you can and you will get $50 discount off our normal price. We have over 3000 shoes on the shelves incl. wedding,special, special occasion, dance,small sizes 3 to 5 and of course larger sizes 10 to 13!

Questions on time taken to make shoes and borrowing shoes for fittings.

Q. How long does it take to make me a pair of shoes? I have a dress fitting coming up and need them shortly for this?
A. Normally it takes about 3/4 weeks incl fitting time, but we never let desperate customers down if they are in a fix! Especially those who have just discovered us. We even lend sample shoes overnight with similar height heels to the ones ordered so as not to delay the dress fittings

Questions on bridal parties shoes to fit all shapes and sizes.

Q. I have 3 x bridesmaids of all shapes and foot sizes but I want them to all wear the same colour and style shoes and cant find anything in the shops? Can you help and get me out of this fix?
A. Yes of course,that's why people come here. We can make identical style shoes for everyone but with different height/shape heels to suit The customer.

Q. What is the cost approximately of a pair of shoes?

A.Prices start at $189 up to about $249 for comfortable handmade fitted shoes. Shoes bought off the shelf are $50 less.
